has served as Chief Executive Officer since founding BCS (FM) in 2015. Danny has more than 17 years of experience in the management and development of companies within the facilities management industry. In his role as CEO, Danny will continue to be directly involved with all aspects of the strategic direction of the business offering first class customer support. Prior to founding BCS (FM) Danny served as Sr. Vice President & General Manager; leading the QTS’ Critical Facilities Management Group. Within this role Mr. Crocker developed from startup and provided global oversight for all critical facility management operations, sales, product, and marketing.
Mr. Crocker, based in Dallas, Texas most notably has been responsible for Global Critical Facilities Management efforts cumulating over 44M sqft of Critical (Tier I through IV), administrative, and multi-use office space globally.
Mr. Schuknecht has over 20 years of experience IN the field of data center O&M and over 40 years of overall executive leadership and senior level management experience. He is a subject matter expert in data center operations, facility management, maintenance program management and site training program development & implementation.

Through his experience of more than 20 years of senior level management in data center operations, Ted Martin focuses on three crucial goals of maximizing capacity, maintaining resiliency and optimizing efficiency where he has managed mission critical infrastructure and teams in multiple data center markets across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Ted will continue to provide best in class leadership as Vice President – Operations across BCS FM’s portfolio of clientele.
As the Facility Director of Aligned Data Centers in Plano, Texas, Ted translates this knowledge to provide ongoing value engineering, helping customers turn their corporate data
center initiatives into financial and resource savings. He also understands the clients’ needs as he has managed construction projects, operations, strategy and development of mission critical facilities for companies such as Electronic Data Systems (EDS), RagingWire Data Centers, and Quality Technology Services (QTS).
As the VP of Technical Operations at Digital Realty Trust, he led a team and directly managed 51 data center properties and staff across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific, consisting of 9.3 million rentable sq. ft. and 1.1 million sq. ft. of raised floor space.
Ted has served in the United States Air Force, as a tactical aircraft maintenance specialist (Crew Chief) on A-7 and A-10 aircrafts.
Key initiatives include: management and organizational development; ensuring a comprehensive framework for repeatable critical environment operations, maintenance, and repair; technical/ facility specific training, safety processes; policy/procedure development scalable to support global efforts; budget and cost savings adherence; facilities operational assessments; and incorporation of industry best practices.

Uptime Institute: As VP and Global Executive for the Uptime Institute Network, Mr. Schuknecht co-authored the Tier Standard: Operational Sustainability, supported development of the Accredited Data Center Tier Specialist (ATS) curriculum and provided data center O&M management consulting to numerous global clients. EYP Mission Critical Facilities: Mr. Schuknecht was the Managing Principal for the Chicago office where he was responsible for delivery of over 50 data center engineering design projects to global clients. CB Richard Ellis/Trammell Crow Company: Mr. Schuknecht developed a global center of excellence for data center operations and he provided O&M consulting support for more than 50 company teams engaged in management of client critical facilities.
