John Hevey
Regional Vice President – Operations

John serves as Regional Vice President of Operations and brings over 15 years of enterprise-level, mission-critical operations discipline to BCS. John has command and control of operations and in his role, enables the implementation of a globally aligned engineering strategy. John works closely with CEO, Danny Crocker setting service delivery expectations for our portfolio of clients. John has held various executive level leadership roles with progressive responsibility in mission-critical facilities operations. Prior to joining BCS, John served as Director of Data Center Facility Operations with a global leader in financial services technology solutions. John was responsible for the long term, strategic planning, management and optimization of day-to-day operations of the Company’s mission-critical facilities. John implemented enterprise-class, critical environment operations programs and developed, published and implemented data center environmental control standards. Prior to this role, John served as Regional Director of Critical Infrastructure for one of the industry’s largest telecommunications providers. John was charged with setting critical-infrastructure strategy and maintaining engineering operations for 207 critical facilities. 

John is a highly-regarded leader in the mission-critical arena and holds several professional accreditations.  John holds a TIA-942 Design Consultant Certification (CTDC) and is a Certified TIA-942 Internal Auditor (CTIA). John is also a Certified Data Center Professional, (CDCP) as well as a Data Center Infrastructure Specialist (DCIS). John is a Member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and an active member of the leading association for the Data Center Management Professionals (AFCOM).  

John is a trusted professional with a track-record of excellence in mission-critical facilities operations. His leadership enables BCS to continue providing excellence in enterprise-level, data center integrated facilities management solutions as our company continues to see exponential growth.

LaTonya McElroy
Vice President – Human Resources

Charged with overseeing BCS’s national Human Resources operations, encompassing all sites. Her areas of responsibility are employee relations, staffing and recruitment, and compensation and benefits. With over 13 years in the field of HR, she has a passion for recruitment, retention, people development, and service. LaTonya is firmly committed to serving the clientele and employees of BCS with excellence and the highest of ethical standards. LaTonya has served in various, progressively responsible roles in Human Resources. Most recently, as Director of Human Resources and Safety for an international Manufacturing Company, LaTonya developed policies, handbooks, safety programs, orientation/on-boarding processes, recruitment events and strategies, internal communications, standardized departmental procedures, benefits packages, plan enrollment processes, company-wide training programs, and state and local partnerships. Prior to this role, LaTonya served as Coordinator of Human Resources and Training for a Public Entity with over 1,100 employees. Charged with the recruitment of certified, skilled staff as well as paraprofessional and auxiliary teams, LaTonya vetted and implemented a recruitment, job posting, and applicant-tracking electronic system. LaTonya also holds several professional accreditations and board seats.

Danny Crocker
Founder & CEO

Danny has served as Chief Executive Officer since founding BCS in 2015. He has more than 17 years of experience in the management and development of companies within the facilities management industry. In his role as CEO, Danny will continue to be directly involved with all aspects of the strategic direction of the business offering first class customer support.  Prior to founding BCS Danny served as Sr. Vice President & General Manager; leading the QTS’ Critical Facilities Management Group. Within this role Mr. Crocker developed from startup and provided global oversight  for all critical facility management operations, sales, product, and marketing.

Mr. Crocker, based in Dallas, Texas most notably has been responsible for Global Critical Facilities Management efforts accumulating over 44M sqft of Critical (Tier I through IV), administrative, and multi-use office space globally.  

​Key initiatives include: management and organizational development; ensuring a comprehensive framework for repeatable critical environment operations, maintenance, and repair; technical/ facility specific training, safety processes; policy/procedure development scalable to support global efforts; budget and cost savings adherence; facilities operational assessments; and incorporation of industry best practices.

Summer Mills
Vice President – Finance

Utilizing her 20 years of combined, accounting, financial, and management experience, Summer Mills focuses on creating value in organizations by integrating operational data with financial data to enable strategic decisions. She is well-versed in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic oversight of global financial operations. Summer holds a Master of Science in Accounting degree and Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting major, from Texas A&M University – Texarkana.  

Summer has worked in public accounting and C-level depository accounting and finance, as well as corporate investment accounting for a globally recognized investment firm. She has experience leading cross-functional financial teams for Fortune 500 and 1000-level companies, managing full cycle revenue and receivables accounting. Summer is highly experienced in developing and implementing internal controls, leading audit projects, and focusing on customer data analysis and reporting. As Vice President of Finance, Summer delivers on our promise of excellence in customer care and ethics in her fiduciary oversight of all financial operations.    

Rikki Wells
Director of Business Development

Rikki Wells is a business development professional with over 13 years’ experience in the IT infrastructure industry. Passionate about aligning technology-based solutions with business challenges, Wells brings comprehensive knowledge of the data center marketplace and user requirements to her role at BCS where she is responsible for business development and marketing.

Rikki serves as Vice President for Dallas-Fort Worth’s AFCOM Chapter. Outside of her professional life, she stays busy as the mother of two active children and enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.

Prior to joining BCS, Rikki has been a high performing contributor for data center hardware & software manufacturers, data center/cloud/connectivity service providers and a global distributor of IT infrastructure products.

Hector Castaneda
Director Data Center Infrastructure Operations

Hector Castaneda is an IT and Service Delivery professional with over 12 years’ experience in the Information Technology field who has extensive hands on knowledge in the proper deployment and support needs of hardware typical to Enterprise data centers. Hector specializes in building enterprise class Service Delivery programs that are scalable, compliant, efficient, and significantly increase productivity across distributed platform teams as a result of streamlined workflows. Hector will Serve as Director of Infrastructure Operations across BCS’s portfolio.

Hector is an experienced leader with a strong focus on service excellence in support of mission-critical infrastructure. His leadership in this area allows BCS to provide proactive Service Delivery and implementation of Operational Excellence programs that enable production, quality, and standards translating into streamlined delivery of IT Solutions.

Professional Experience at FISERV:
Prior to Joining BCS, Hector served as Manager of Data Center Operations for a global leader in financial service technology solutions. In this role, Hector was responsible for the day to day operation and management of all IT Hardware installation, capacity on demand initiatives, portfolio projects, Data Center migrations, client support services, and audit – regulatory compliance. Additionally, he was charged with 24 Data Centers, Bank Card Manufacturing facilities, Print production facilities and successfully leading onsite/remote Service Delivery teams.
